Honey, Honeycomb, Wax

All our honey is local to Nebraska, except orange blossom, sage, and "Christmas". Each is raw and has been lightly filtered. Crystallization is natural. We only sell in glass jars so you can warm the jar in water to reliquefy and keep all the beneficial properties of the honey.

The beeswax in honeycomb contains long-chain fatty acids, which are good for the heart as well as for lowering bad cholesterol levels. Honey helps to reduce cold symptoms, exhibits antibacterial and antiviral properties, and helps to detoxify the body. Connections have been found between consuming real honey (in place of sugar) and more stable blood sugar levels as well as heart health.
